All orders are shipped by UPS within 24 hours on stock items Monday-Thursday. Any Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select requests require written confirmation and 24 hour notice. Minimum Order: $35.00 not including shipping Freight on orders over $1,800.00 will be calculated at our office and we will contact you prior to shipping.

All shipping prices are for continental US only!  If you are having your delivery to a residential address or a rural delivery - UPS may have additional charges that must be applied.  We will contact you if your shipping increases by more than a few dollars "before" we ship so that you are aware of any changes.  In the same regard, if your shipment is going to a commercial address your shipping cost may be reduced.

The minimum order for products from Right Choice USA Farms (a Division of Right Choice USA, Inc.) online is $35.00 (not including shipping).

Check all packages upon delivery. If carton appears crushed or damaged in any way, have the UPS driver mark it "Damaged" then sign for it. If you do not sign for the package "damaged", a claim cannot be issued. Notify our office immediately so the item may be replaced -- 800-371-2338.

If you are not satisfied with a product, call within 5 days of receipt, return the product, and we will refund the value of your merchandise only. Customer is responsible to return product. Product must be returned in the same condition it was received.  Bags should be opened at the end and not ripped in the middle as they cannot be re-stocked so no credit will be issued.  Shipping is the responsibility of the customer & is not refunded..   A 15% restocking charge may be applied where applicable.  Your return authorization number should be written clearly on top of carton to ensure a timely credit.
